Rockstar VIP Aesthetics Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you!
A $50 deposit is required for most treatment appointments and new-patient consultations. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your scheduled service.
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, or for missed appointments.
With at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment.
If Rockstar VIP Aesthetics must cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or transferred at your preference.
